Currant – Pink Champagne

$17.40

Medium-sized currants are a translucent pink with a wonderful flavour that is less tart than red currants and more delicate than black currants. This cross between red and white currants has clusters of greenish-yellow flowers followed by translucent pink berries. The vigorous upright plants are disease-resistant to mildew and rust and make a nice hedge. Perfect for fresh eating, baking, jellies and preserves. Grows to 1-1.5 m (3-5′). Zone 3.
