These Mysterious radishes were cross bread in Quebec by passionate team members of the Tourne-Sol Coop. This cross pollination is 10 years in the making and a blend between our beloved summery watermelon radish and our flavourful winter black radish. Just like watermelon radishes, the Amethyst black radish has a longish growth period of 56 days and prefers to be planted mid July to late August.
