Description
Rossa di Milano is a prized Italian heirloom red onion (Allium cepa) known for its flattened, globe shape, glossy dark red/bronze skin, and excellent long-term storage capability. It produces medium-sized (10–15 cm) bulbs with a sweet, mild flavor, making it versatile for both raw salads and cooking. As a long-day, cool-tolerant variety, it thrives in Northern climates and takes 100–110 days to mature.
