All-male asparagus variety developed at the University of Guelph. Tall spears in a nice green colour. Tolerates cooler temperatures and produces well. Asparagus plants are perennial and can continue to produce for up to 20 years! Asparagus crowns are a much quicker option than starting with seeds.  Each crown is composed of a central group of stems surrounded by dangling, finger-like roots.

Growing
Keep soil moist, but not wet. In late fall, trim ferns down to 5 cm (2″).
