Currant – Titania

$17.40

This European black currant was bred and selected in Canada for immunity to white pine blister rust.  Clusters of medium-sized fruit mature in June on a compact 1.2-1.5 m (4-5′) bush. Europeans love its assertive flavour. Will grow and fruit in full shade.   The upright bushes make a lovely fruiting hedge. These currants are the cassis commercially sold in soda, juice, wine, liquor or concentrate. Zones 4-7.
