Apple Tree – Prima

Medium to large, early season fruit with red blush over yellow skin. Juicy white flesh with a balanced mild sub-acid flavour. Developed from the collaborative PRI disease-resistant breeding program run by Purdue University, Rutgers University, and the University of Illinois in 1958. Prima was bred to have good disease resistance, and it is highly resistant to scab. Hardy to Zone 4 (-35).
