Plant a group of 4 seeds every square foot. When 5 cm (2″) tall, thin to 45-60 cm (18-24″) apart in rows 60-90 cm (24-36″) apart.
Plant seeds 6 mm (¼”) deep.
Best in full sun. pH around 6.5-7.
Seeds will sprout in 7-10 days.
No tolerance to fusarium. Flea beetles, cutworms, cabbage root maggot, cabbage worms and cabbage aphids
Sow indoors beginning in March and transplant as soon as possible so that it can mature before summertime heat.
Water early in the day so plant parts above the ground dry as quickly as possible. Control weeds to help keep the pests away.
