Anise Hyssop

$4.50

A very attractive plant with showy purple flowers that produce abundant nectar that yields a light fragrant honey – highly attractive to bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds. Delightful for tea or as a culinary seasoning. Grows erect branches of anise-scented, medium green leaves that end in fuzzy flower spikes. The flowers are edible and are charming crumbled into salads.
