Chervil

$4.00

Sometimes called French parsley or garden chervil, this delicate herb is related to parsley. It is commonly used to season mild-flavoured dishes and is one of the main ingredients in the French herb mixture fines herbes. Can be used to season poultry, seafood, vegetables, soups and sauces. More delicate than parsley, it has a faint taste of licorice or anise. Great for growing in containers. Makes radishes hotter and crisper; benefits lettuce and broccoli.

Available only as seed.
