Rhubarb – Canada Red

$20.87

Great yields, fast growing and reliable. The stems (don’t eat the leaves) are a favorite in pies, tarts, jams or fermented for wine. Perfect for late-season harvesting due to its low concentration of oxalic acid. Self-pollinating. Hardy in zones 3-8.
